At DiamondsByMe, we work with many types of gemstones in different colours and shapes. Gemstones often have a fixed shape in round, oval, etc. Because of this, it is not always possible to add an extra decoration to a piece of jewellery. Because we like to make unique jewellery, we have chosen to work with enamel in some jewellery. Enamel is available in different colours. We have plain colours and recently we also have colours with a mother-of-pearl effect. In wedding rings, for example, we use enamel to add an extra line and in signet rings we use it as a stone in which, for example, a seal engraving can normally be placed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to place engravings in the enamel. With the signet rings, you can also choose real stones as standard, which can also be engraved. Unfortunately, the manufacturing process for these stones is longer because they have to be specially cut for the jewellery. Enamel can then be a godsend or possibly for the colour.

We use a special type of cold enamel that when processed becomes extremely hard. Initially, the enamel is liquid when processed but a special process makes it hard after processing. There are many designs to think of where adding enamel makes the jewellery extra special. The different enamel colours
Below a picture with all available colours, sometimes not all colours are added to a piece of jewellery with enamel. Not all colours can be incorporated neatly into the different designs.
The top colours are solid colours and the bottom colours have a mother-of-pearl effect. This effect is achieved by manually mixing the enamel which gives you the special effect. This does ensure that no two mother-of-pearl effects are the same. The colour is as above, but the effect may be different.
