Remco Broekhuis

Founder & CEO

For years I have been a passionate goldsmith and jewellery designer. DiamondsByMe was born out of pure love for the goldsmith profession. After two successful jewellery stores and a beautiful atelier, I started looking at what other possibilities there were.

DiamondsByMe offers the possibility to create a piece of jewellery entirely according to your own wishes, allowing us to create jewellery for every customer and every budget. I am proud to say that I have a great team of designers and goldsmiths, who daily work with passion and love for the profession on the most beautiful designs. Combined with the great reviews we get from customers, this makes me a proud owner of DiamondsByMe.

Head of Design

As chief designer of DiamondsByMe, I am engaged in designing new challenging jewellery. I once started out as a goldsmith, but my passion lies mainly in the design part of the trade. Having lived in various parts of the world, I have also seen many different influences. I take all of this with me during the design process. The freedom I have to create the most diverse designs combined with the personal jewellery we design for clients is what makes my work at DiamondsByMe so wonderful.

Senior Customer Experience Operator

In 2017, a new chapter in my career began: working at DiamondsByMe. With years of experience within customer service, this was the challenge I was looking for. Over the past few years, I have watched the company and its team grow, and I have made it my goal to optimize the customer experience as much as possible. The fine reviews our customers leave tell me we are on the right track. Our beautiful handmade jewellery tells a story, and this story is only complete when the overall experience with the company leaves a positive impression.

Creative Director

As creative director, I collect the right images for the various campaigns, advertisements and events. I manage the creative designers and ensure that we respond to the wishes of the client. Every day I'm busy looking at the latest trends and planning upcoming campaigns/events. Through years of experience at home and abroad, I know exactly where the focus lies. DiamondsByMe has a great team that works closely together, this gives me new energy every day.

Godfried Brouwers

Goldsmith - Jewellery Expert

As a goldsmith and jewellery expert, I have specialized in shaping customers' special wishes into beautiful jewellery for the last 40 years. It is very nice to see how such a process always works. We often start with a slightly larger framework in the form of some sketches or preferences of material. In the conversations that follow, something very beautiful always unfolds, where the customer's thoughts are always leading and we work together towards a final design. The collaboration between the customer with a palette of wishes and me as a guide through the jewellery world, always results in a beautiful end result: a more than proud customer with an elegant piece of jewellery, entirely according to her own design for a lifetime of pleasure.
DiamondsByMe offers a very nice platform for exactly that.

Head of Technical design

As a visual/graphic designer at DiamondsByMe, I create the tools and applications to translate the designs created using computer-aided design into beautiful images and animations. My graphic training and years of experience as a multimedia programmer come in handy. I also research new techniques to give our customers an even better view of the different jewellery we offer.

Goldsmith

As a goldsmith, I am incredibly passionate about crafting jewellery. In 2020 I graduated as a goldsmith at the vocational school in Schoonhoven. During my studies I was already able to improve my skills in practice through a side job in the workshop. Through the vocational school I came in contact with all kinds of new techniques. It is therefore very instructive, fun and special to use several of these new techniques daily when forging our jewellery. Together with the team I strive to make jewellery that is perfectly finished, so that every customer gets a unique piece of handmade jewellery to enjoy for years.

Customer service specialist

After years of working as a manager in retail I started at DiamondsByMe in February '21 as customer service specialist for the Dutch and German market. My experiences from Germany and the Netherlands in graphic design, purchasing - sales and customer care help me to advise customers optimally when purchasing beautiful jewellery.

Through my personal and precise approach I strive daily with a great team to provide the highest possible service. Being able to work with this great team, brand and beautiful products gives me new energy every day and makes me go to work with a smile on my face.
