Yes, absolutely. If you specify in the comments field at step 4 of the checkout procedure of your order that you would like to collect your order, our customer care will contact you to make a collection appointment in our showroom in Rhoon as soon as your order is ready.
If a ring is engraved with our standard (free) engraving, the ring can be returned within the 30-day trial period, if it is undamaged and unworn (you can of course try it on). If a laser engraving has been applied to the ring, the ring cannot be returned. If it concerns a signet ring with an engraving in the signet, the ring is not eligible for return.

We have built up quite an archive of photos of jewellery we have had the pleasure of creating for customers. Chances are that we can send you additional photos of the model you have in mind. Would you like us to check this for you? Then send an email to [email protected]. If you specify the model you have in mind, one of our consultants will check it for you.
Yes, we do charge VAT on your order. The reason is that ever since Brexit, United Kingdom customs are charging VAT and duty as soon as a parcel is imported in the United Kingdom. To spare you the hassle of VAT and duty being charged afterwards, delaying the delivery of your order, we have added VAT to your order on our website. Because you pay VAT with your order, you will not be charged afterwards, and delivery to your address in the United Kingdom will be within two working days after your order is shipped.
A step by step guide
1. Step 1: select the product:
To place an order, you will first have to select a product from our online store or a customized bespoke piece. The various categories may be found through the menu on our web page. After selecting one of the categories from the menu you will be presented with the various products from this category that we have on offer. Pick a custom combination of precious metal and gems and assemble the bespoke ring of your dreams!
If you would like to know more about a specific product, click on the product; this will lead you to a page that provides a complete overview of the various qualities of the product you selected. The properties of the piece can be further customized on this page. Clicking on the product image will allow you to view more pictures of the product.
When you click the button that reads: ‘add to cart’, the product will be placed in your shopping cart automatically. After clicking it, you are able to continue shopping or look at the contents of your cart.
2. Step 2: shopping cart options:
When looking at the contents of your cart, you will be presented with several options:
You can change the number of items in your cart.
You can enter a promotional code or the code from a gift card.
If you are ordering a gift for someone, you can choose the option to have your order wrapped as a gift.
3. Step 3: entering your contact and billing information:
If you previously ordered at DiamondsByMe, you will be able to log in through the login screen. When placing an order for the first time, you will be required to fill out additional information. Then you will have to pick your preferred payment and delivery methods.

After selecting your preferred payment method and agreeing to the terms of service, simply click the button ‘confirm order’.
4. Step 4: review your order:
You will now be shown an overview of your order details. Make sure to check if the provided information is correct before clicking ‘confirm and proceed to payment’. This button will lead you to a protected page, through which you will complete the order.
5. Step 5: order confirmation:
You are now able to complete the payment through a secured connection. We rely on Pay.nl for money transfer services. They take care that transfers occur in a secured environment. After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation within minutes of completing your order. If you did not receive the confirmation, be sure to check your spam folder. If you are unable to find the order confirmation still, do contact our customer service.
To be eligible for a product return, you have to return the product within 30 days. During these 30 days you are free to inspect the product, to review it, and/or to try it on (unless different conditions are stated prior to purchase). If you feel dissatisfied with your jewellery purchase, at DiamondsByMe you will be able to return the product in its entirety and in its original state, within 30 days after the purchase.
